How to Thrive at Work in Trying Times: Making It Happen

How can we improve our current situation of people feeling depleted, divided by silos and living in fear? Positive organizational scholars have discovered strategies for increasing relational capability. By combining resources and leading ideas, as well as disseminating positive organizational scholarship principles and current research, the seminar will showcase how this innovation cluster's research through a positive lens can contribute to our state's resurgence. The conference's ambition is to increase competence in innovation, adaptability, resilience and growth.

Wayne State University associate professor of dispute resolution and interim chair of the Department of Communication, Loraleigh Keashly, serves as a conference session leader.
