WSU Athletics invites all Wayne State Students to participate in a sidewalk painting contest. The sidewalk, now known as "Spirit Walk" is located on the athletic campus between Matthaei and the softball field, leading up to the football stadium. Three outstanding graphics will be chosen and the winning paintings will recieve: $500, $250, and $175 accordingly. Groups must regiter to have their artwork approved by the WSU Department of Athletics. Groups can begin painting on April 16 and their paintings must be completed and dried by April 20th. Judging will take place on April 20 with the winners announced that day.
