Charting your Accomplishments: PAR (Problem, Action, Result) as a Compass for Career Achievements and Development
Dr. Katz will discuss the use of the PAR statement as an important element in annual review and career planning. Writing a PAR statement stimulates thinking about a problem (P) that you have successfully addressed, the action (A) that you implemented, and the successful result (R) that was achieved. She will help you understand how to develop and use PAR to identify and discuss your achievements, determine your competencies, and help to further plan a career path.
