When people break the rules of social engagement, we can feel hurt, violated, angry, or disappointed. You may have experienced this with roommates, friends, family members, significant others, and strangers. It is not necessary to tolerate being mistreated or abused. Setting healthy boundaries may not come naturally to you, but it is a skill that can be learned. Come to this workshop and learn a few key skills to making your relationships healthier.
