The Wayne State University College of Engineering's annual celebration of achievement and philanthropic support, Night of the Stars, will take place October 27 at the historic Gem Theatre.
Don't miss this evening of fun, elegance and sophistication. The event consist of a reception, plated dinner, program and awards ceremony. The evening's menu (shown below) rounds out the event with just the right touch of "wow" for your palate.

Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms
Caprese skewer with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato and fresh basil leaf
Bacon wrapped scallops
Domestic Cheese & Cracker Display - Dinner Menu
Freshly Baked Rolls and Sweet Butter
Salad - Tuscan Salad, served with mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, garnished with hard boiled egg and chic peas, with shaved parmesan served with house dressing on the side
Combination Entree - Parmesan crusted Halibut and Filet Mignon chargrilled and served with wild mushroom sauce. Accompanied with Chef's selection of starch and broccoli rub and aspargus mix
Vegetarian Entree - Vegetable Romano Shells stuffed with asparagus, broccolini, zuchini, yellow squash, grated Ramano and cottage cheese topped with roasted tomato sauce and fresh shredded parmesan cheese
Dessert - Chocolate Mousse
