OEHS Fall Seminar Series: EHS and the Law

Dodd B. Fisher, attorney, Fisher Davis, PLC, lectures on "Mold Litigation and the Legal Implications of IAQ Evaluations." The theme of “EHS and the Law” addresses the relationship between environmental, health, and safety activities and other aspects of the law, including ethics, expert witnesses, OSHA compliance, toxic tort and more. The series is sponsored by the Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences program, WSU Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
