Ac commodations will be made when the student meets face to face with a disab ility specialist at which time the specialist will explain the policies an d procedures for receiving services and accommodations.  Completing Intakes During Summer New students for fall semester may meet with a disa bility specialist during summer in advance, of orientation.  This is to benefit students who may need the use of their accommodations for place ment examinations.  Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students Students who are requesting interpreting services must notify SDS at least four weeks prior to the start of their first semester.
