The Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights is proud to host the Korematsu Institue's Civil Rights Film Festival. In conjunction with the Rosa Parks Institute and the American Arab Anti-discrimination Committee of Michigan, The Korematsu Institue will present three movies:
"Of Civil Wrongs and Rights: The Fred Korematsu Story"
"Mighty Times: The Legacy of Rosa Parks"
"USA vs. Al-Arian"
followed by a panel discussion with Imad Hamad, American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee; Prof. Peter Hammer, Director of the Keith Center for Civil Rights; Karen Korematsu, daughter of Fred Korematsu and Institute Co-Founder; and Anita Peek, Executive Directof of the Rosa & Raymond Parks Institute. Moderated by Ling Woo Liu of the Korematsu Institute
