The Wayne Law Dean's Office will present a panel of speakers talking about "Detroit's Renaissance: The Intersection Between Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and the Law" in this free event, which is open to the public. Lunch will be provided.

Panelists will be:

  • Gabe Karp, a partner in Detroit Venture Partners
  •  Josh Linkner, author,  CEO and managing partner of Detroit Venture Partners, and founder and former CEO of ePrize, called the world' largest interactive promotion agency in the world
  • Gary Torgow, chairman of Talmer Bancorp Inc., chairman of Talmer West Bank, and president and founder of the Sterling Group, a Michigan-based real estate and development, investment and management company.
  • Wayne Law Assistant (Clinical) Professor Eric Williams, director of the Program for Entrepreneurship and Business Law

Dean Jocelyn Benson will be the moderator.
