Cognitive Abilities as We Age (March 15, 2012)

Graduate Research Assistant, Cognitive Neuroscience
Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University
Mr. Bender will present on age-related changes to cognitive abilities and common disease states that exacerbate decline, including cardiovascular risK factors and diabetes. The presentation will review underlying changes to brain structure and function and how they differ from Alzheimer’s Disease.
