Reforms under the Affordable Care Act will change the way health care is financed, delivered and regulated. The Office of Alumni Affairs has invited Thomas Simmer, M.D., ’80, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, Health Care Value, of BCBS of Michigan to give a presentation and lead a discussion on the topic.
