The concert will take place in the Community Arts Auditorium at Wayne State University at 450 Reuther Mall. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted to support Street Medicine Detroit. The concert will be followed by an afterglow and an opportunity to speak with members of the organization.
Street Medicine Detroit provides medical care directly to those living and sleeping on the streets through mobile services such as walking teams, medical vans and outdoor clinics. Wayne State University School of Medicine students formed a chapter for Detroit last year.
