Walk! That's the goal. Knowing adults need at the minimum 2.5 hours per week of exercise, we're here to help encourage you to walk every day for a month. Typically, you can adopt a healthy habit after doing it for 30 days straight...so let's do the most affordable exercise out there for 30 days: Walk!
By registering here, you're joining our 30 day walking program that will run April 1-30. You will track how many hours you walk per week.
After registration closes, we will contact every participant with rules, guidelines, tips, etc. & access to a tracking tool on Blackboard.
Registration closes March 26 This program counts as 1 event attendance to reach the mid-year incentive.
