Hearing loss is a sudden or gradual decrease in how well you can hear. It is possible that you are not aware that you have some hearing loss, if it has been a gradual decrease. Approximately 36 million Americans suffer from hearing loss. Some causes include damage to the inner ear, wax buildup, infections and a ruptured eardrum.

What are some symptoms:
-Feeling that your ear is plugged
-Trouble following conversations
-Listening to the TV or music at a higher volume than usual
-Trouble hearing people when they are not facing you
-Ringing in your ears

General screening tests (15-20 minute appointment) will be conducted on the following days between 10 am & 2 pm:

-Wednesday, May 8, 2013
-Monday, May 13, 2013 SCOTT HALL
-Wednesday , May 15, 2013

You will also be given information on how to schedule an appointment for free additional comprehensive testing if needed.
