Designed for all fitness levels. A total body workout designed to improve both strength and flexibility. This class will burn fat, improve posture, and create long, lean muscles. The quality of movements are emphasized rather than repetitions or amount of resistance used. Resistance bands and light weights will be used in this class. Incorporates both flowing yoga and pilate movements.
