Tues., Aug. 30 - Successfully planning and drafting a social work research paper
Held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in room 101 School of Social Work and facilitated by Derek Risse, writing assistance program staff member.   

This workshop will cover a range of topics related to researching and writing in social work.

Participants will ...

  • learn how to develop a strong research question and research plan
  • locate relevant scholarship using databases and related library resources
  • develop a project outline
  • properly organize and reference research

The workshop is open to all BSW and MSW students.
