Brewing Chemistry - Why Your Brain Likes Alcohol: Excuses from a Nueroscientist

Presented by Tom Fischer, Department of Psychology, Wayne State University

Tom Fischer, whose research is in the field of Behavioral & Cognitive Neuroscience, teaches courses in current topics in behavioral neuroscience and neural and synaptic plascticity. The physiological and psychological effects of elcohol have been researched and some of the neurochemical effects of drinking will be discussed.
