The 39th annual NALHC explores the work conditions and lives of the working class, the history of the labor movement, and the impact of labor around the world. This year's theme, Labor History and Public History, features sessions focused on how labor and working-class history is remembered by and interpreted for public audiences around the world. A diverse group of professors, archivists, artists, curators, and union members will present on topics including worker education programs, artistic labor, digital archives, museum exhibits, documentary filmmaking, graphic novels, and commemorating labor anniversaries. Conference sessions are free to members of the WSU community and open to the public at the normal conference rate.
