The WSU Polish Culture Club and WSU FLTC Film Nites invite you to a screening of a new Polish film "Spoor"/“Pokot” (2017, 128 min) directed by the critically-acclaimed director Agnieszka Holland.

Called a "gender-bending revenge eco-thriller ", “Spoor” is set against the background of the beautiful KĹ‚odzko Valley in southern Poland, and follows the unorthodox quest of a retired women to change people's attitudes toward hunting and animals. “Spoor” was awarded the Silver Bear at the 2017 Berlinale "for a feature film that opens new perspectives".

The screening starts at 6 PM in the French Room, 470 Manoogian Hall. Doors open at 5:30 PM. A discussion of the film will follow. The WSU Polish Culture Club will provide the refreshments.
