A city built by immigrants, Detroit is home to countless historical sites that bear witness to its rich ethnic heritage. Since 2012, WSU’s Ethnic Layers of Detroit project has been uncovering the fascinating stories hidden in the landscape of the Motor City.

Join us as we unveil our work! View a sampling of the over 30 digital stories we have created and join the discussion about the future direction of the project. We would love to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and community organizations in our storytelling!
