Join us for a Global Cuisine Workshop! Learn how to make (and eat!) a variety of foods from around the world, including:

·      Chinese Sweet-And-Sour Pork
·      Croque Monsieur
·      Kartofelkloesse (potato dumplings) and German Sausage With Sauerkraut
·      Pelmeni & Vareniki (Russian/Ukrainian dumplings) with meat and vegetarian fillings
·      Syrian Makdoos (eggplant with pita bread and yogurt) and Middle Eastern Lentil Soup
·      Uzbek Salad
·      Tiramisu

·      Espresso
