The WSU Graduate School sponsors a monthly writing retreat hosted by the Office for Teaching and Learning (OTL) for doctoral students. The retreat offers a quiet, comfortable space to make progress on your dissertation or other scholarly writing projects. You could build an outline, sort notes, organize, edit, draft, or continue works in-progress. The OTL will provide space, laptops upon request, coffee breaks, and lunch. University Libraries' staff (e.g., liaison librarians, digital publishing) will be available to assist you in locating and accessing resources, identifying publishing venues, and provide support for citation management applications. Faculty volunteers will also be available to mentor students in their academic pursuits and answer student questions about academic career paths. Click here to register.

For more information about this event, please contact Office for Teaching and Learning at 313-577-0001 or otl@wayne.edu.
