PTSD from Bench to Bedside: Lost in Translation

The TNP program is pleased to announce our 3rd annual Translational Neuroscience Program (TNP) Symposium and Research Day, which will be held on Friday, May 18th between 8:30am and 2:45pm at the Margherio Family Conference Center in the Mazurek Building. Poster viewing sessions will be held in Conference Room 1328 Gordon H. Scott Hall.

This year’s theme is entitled "PTSD from Bench to Bedside: Lost in Translation”.  TNP student, Nicole Zabik, will be presenting the Student Keynote and we are honored to have Tanja Jovanovic, Ph.D. from Emory University who is the Director of the Grady Trauma Project to deliver the Keynote presentation.

The event will include oral and poster presentations by trainees at all levels and two $500 Travel awards will be given for the best clinical and basic research presentation.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: We we are seeking abstract submissions for oral or poster presentations, which will take place during the symposium from 9:15am-10:30am (oral) and 11:00am-1:00pm (poster). We encourage submissions from all trainees at all levels. Abstract submission deadline is Friday, April 27th.
