DiAné Townsel, M.S.W. '11, a leader in community health and education, will share her experiences during "Intro to Industry: Finding Social Workers in Unlikely Places," a networking event for alumni currently working in or pursuing a career in social work.

In her current role, Townsel addresses health outcomes and existing gaps in cancer care by serving as the outreach coordinator for Beaumont Cancer Clinical Trials Office. She is committed to improving health disparities and aims to increase minority enrollment in clinical trials of the communites she serves.

Join fellow Wayne State alumni and Townsel as she reveals trends, best practices and concerns within the social work industry.
