The first meeting of the Social Work Student Research Community (SWSRC) is coming up on Wednesday Sept. 26 from 1:00-2:30pm in Old Main room 0129.

We've brought together a panel of 5 micro social workers to discuss with US the different ways that they use research and evidence in their practices. After the panel, we'll give you a little bit more info about SWSRC and upcoming research opportunities - we have a few students who would like to tell you about their experience working with us to be matched with faculty projects. This year we want to emphasize the importance of research to ALL social workers - this means micro (individual), mezzo (group), and macro (community/policy/research) social workers!  We hope to see you there!
