“Criminal Responsibility in the Mentally Ill: A Failure of Services”


Objectives: 

  1. Discover criminal responsibility.
  2. Describe the manifestations of criminals conduct in the mentally ill. 
  3. Investigate the need for adequate interventions in the treatment of the mentally ill population.
