For the overwhelming majority of workers in the United States, wages have stagnated for decades while the incomes of those at the very top have skyrocketed.  Dr. Larry Mishel, the President Emeritus of the Economic Policy Institute, addresses the reasons behind these trends.  He talks about how unions can play a role in growing the incomes of majority and leveling the playing field of opportunity.
