2/21/19 Mindfulness and Meditation 8:00-9:00AM

There is ample research that shows how mindfulness training can benefit workers. Organizations are leveraging it to create happier, healthier employees and a more positive workplace culture. In this course, we will define what mindfulness is and how it can be beneficial at work, home and even how it can benefit children. Well explore seven effortless ways to be mindful everyday. At the end of the session, well spend some time reviewing how to meditate and put it into practice.
