Allison Mankowski is a RD who specializes in Sports Nutrition, and has obtained her MPH (Masters in Public Health). She works closely with the athletes at Eastern Michigan University, and loves discussing finding a balance in life with healthy eating, mental health in relation to nutrition, and maintaining a healthy diet with a busy lifestyle. In this lecture, Allison will be discussing the importance of college students implementing a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained throughout the long days of lectures and labs. Although there may not be time to cook a delicious meal everyday, she will be exposing the secrets of how to make it simple and sustainable throughout the course of your life. Highlighting the correlation between diet and mental health, this lecture will sure to be beneficial to everyone!
