Take a few minutes and use the “Right” side of the brain. Let your creative side free to express itself. Usually these "Painting for Well Being" sessions are lead by an instructor who will guide you step-by-step to create a 9"x 12" canvas masterpiece of your own. This session will be OPEN to paint WHATEVER YOU WISH. Tropical ideas will be available to mimic.

This session is part of the "Feel Well, Do Well" program for Medical Students. This "Painting for Well Being" session will be 2 hours long. Space is limited and will only allow for 25 participants. Canvas, paint and brushes are provided. If the RSVP states FULL, please show up the night of the workshop, someone usually cancels.

This session, participants will be painting an easy "Tropical Fun" painting. You will use acrylic paints. Wear clothing that you won't mind getting paint on if you are messy. The paint dries quickly. It will mimic the image shown here.

This session will be OPEN to paint WHATEVER YOU WISH. Tropical ideas will be available to mimic.
