Policing Gun Violence: Why we can and should improve arrest ratesin shooting cases.

What can the police do to reduce gun violence?  In this talk, I discuss the new evidence that despite the difficulties of developing cooperative witnesses in shooting cases, it is possible, and deserves highest priority.
