This event will consist of a panel of queer people of color, as well as their allies (students, alumni and, facility). Through this panel we will discuss topics that affects the QTPOC community such as, known/unknown stereotypes, self-presentation, sexual orientation, pronouns within the community, and additional questions from the audience. In addition, a local artist, Cullen Emadrey, who identifies as part of the QTPOC community will perform after the duration of the panel during refreshments.  This panel will enable queer people of color, allies, and all in attendance of the event to engage with members of the QTPOC community here at Wayne State University and facilitate a space for open discussion about being a queer trans person of color and all that it may entail.
