Dr. Kevin Gutzman (J.D., Ph.D.) will survey the history of America's Founding and contrast the highly federal system of 1791 to today's legal system. Gutzman is professor and former chairman of the Department of History at Western Connecticut State University. Professor Christopher Lund will provide comment. This event is presented by Wayne Law's Federalist Society.
