You’re almost there! Graduate Send Off Days are Tuesday, April 16, and Wednesday, April 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Law School. Below is an outline of each station. Read to the bottom for information about cords.


Information below is for J.D. students. LL.M. students will receive specific instructions.

Station 1: Career Services, Suite 1265

Briefly meet with a career advisor

  • Required to pick up Commencement tickets, cords (if eligible), and to be entered into $163 Visa gift card drawing (up to five will be awarded). Gift cards are the approximate cost of regalia and photo expenses.
  • Complete required 3L Employment and Interest Survey BEFORE your scheduled appointment (this is not the survey you took earlier this semester).
  • You MUST sign up for an appointment in advance (links below).
  • Appointment lasts approximately 10 minutes.
  • Sign the Class of 2019 banner.
  • Enjoy light snacks courtesy of Career Services.

Station 2: Alumni Affairs

Complete the new graduate form

  • Required to pick up Commencement tickets, cords (if eligible), and to be entered into $163 Visa gift card drawing.
  • Fill out the form in advance to save time (you still need to check in at this station).


Station 3: Tickets

  • Pick up Commencement tickets and instructions, and cords (if eligible).
  • If you need tickets for handicapped seating, email immediately.

Station 4: Regalia

Station 5: Official Class of 2019 Selfie Station

  • Grab a few friends and snap a pic!
  • Enter to win a prize:
    • Follow us on Twitter (@_waynelaw) AND Instagram (@waynelawschool).
    • Share your selfie using #WarriorJD.
    • Must post by midnight, Friday, April 19, to be entered in drawing.


Eligibility for cords is limited to students who earned academic credit for clinics (including for this purpose FLAC board members) and co-curriculars (journals and trial competitions) and/or who received the Warrior Pro Bono Award. The Law School is ordering cords for eligible students. Please do NOT order cords on your own.
