Cultivating a Mindful Life

Group members will develop "present moment awareness" through mindfulness instruction and practice over a seven week period. The goal of this group is to increase self-awareness, make healthier choices, and build a life worth living.
Group begins Wednesday September 18, from 12:30-1:30pm.
