In this 12-session group, members will learn how to use social media and other internet and streaming services in a more intentional way, with the goal of reducing current use of these services all together. By providing each other support during  a “digital detox”, group members will connect together to discuss how social media has helped or   hindered them, and how they would like to use it in the future.

Group begins Monday, September 23, from 2.30-3.30pm

In order to attend a group, you must complete an initial consultation (IC). For more information on how to complete the pre-assessment, or for further group information, contact our office at 313.577.3398 or visit our website at https://caps.wayne.edu
