Learning from Detroit:

A Wayne State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Conversation in Denver, Colorado

Featuring retired Department of Urban Studies and Planning Professor Robin Boyle, Ph.D.

How did Detroit emerge from municipal bankruptcy? Five years on what has changed? Who were the key players shaping a new direction for the city? Looking forward, what are the options for the city and its region? What are the challenges that remain? Ponder these questions alongside fellow alumni and enjoy complimentary refreshments inside the Denver Country Club.

Please read Guest Information. Members, guests and staff are required to observe good taste and comply with certain rules when visiting the Denver Country Club. Mobile telephone and all other PDA or similar device usage is not permitted on Club property except in the telephone booths located in the main clubhouse and in the parking lot from within an automobile.
