You are cordially invited to attend an informational session on the MTRAC Applied Advanced Materials and MTRAC for Advanced Transportation Innovation Hubs.  This session will be held on Wednesday Oct. 23rd from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the PACE lab meeting space, room 2507 in the EDC.

Sponsored by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, MTRAC was created in 2012 to accelerate the transfer of new technologies from Michigan’s institutions of higher learning into the commercial market by way of licenses or startups. There are five MTRAC Innovation Hubs across the state, in key technology areas, supporting projects from all institutions of higher education, hospital systems and nonprofit research centers.

Mr. Nate Yenor, Program Director of the MTRAC in Applied Advanced Materials at Michigan Technological University, and Mr. Eric Petersen Program Director of the MTRAC Innovation Hub for Advanced Transportation at the University of Michigan will be at the WSU College of Engineering on October 23, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

During this info session, Mr. Yenor and Mr. Petersen will discuss program details, application process, RFP deadlines, and be available to answer questions from faculty members interested in applying.
