Interdisciplinary teams in academia and the private sector are growing. Learn how to better communicate and collaborate with those across the disciplinary spectrum. 

Session leader: Donna Kashian, associate professor for the Department of Biological Sciences, Pradeep Sopory, associate professor for the Department of Communication, and Danielle Meyer, graduate research assistant for the Department of Pharmacology. 

Target audience: Master's, PhD students and postdocs 

After attending this seminar, attendees will be able to: 

  • Understand why interdisciplinary communication and collaboration are beneficial in the professional sphere. 
  • Learn methods to better communicate with those across the disciplinary spectrum.
