The major focus of research in the College of Nursing is urban health. These seminars present new ideas, methodologies and/or potential collaborators for faculty and students. Each session is led by a guest speaker for 45 minutes with another 15 minutes for discussion and Q&A. No fees are required and seminars are open to all.

The guest speaker for April 7th is Dr. Elizabeth Towner, Assistant Professor, Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences, School of Medicine. Her topic will be Community Partnerships to Address Obesity Inequities in Early Childhood.
