This event will showcase QI research projects implemented by residents in the Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Transitional Year programs at Ascension.

A QI project is a collaborative intervention designed to improve the efficiency of a hospital practice by increasing patient safety while reducing costs.  Residents are required to complete a QI project as part of their training.

The QI Day will include both poster and oral presentations, the latter competitively judged by affiliated WSU SOM faculty.

Lunch and snacks will be provided.

APRH is accredited by the Michigan State Medical Society Committee on CME Accreditation to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  All physicians are welcome to attend any presentation. APRH designates this educational activity for a maximum of 3 credit AMA PRA Category (1) Credits.  Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of participation in the activity.
