Since the national emergency of the coronavirus pandemic college students everywhere are experiencing angst and anxiety.

 

This VIRTUAL workshop will provide students with tips, resources, and coping strategies to help manage anxiety during this time.

 

Workshop times:

Every Tuesday 

11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm

Every Wednesday

10:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm.
