Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is a global company headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. FCA is the eighth-largest automaker in the world based on total annual vehicle sales. Our brands include Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati and Ram vehicles. We also distribute Mopar spare parts products. FCA US LLC’s Corporate Leadership Development (CLD) Program is geared towards high performing individuals who are willing to take on a challenge and are adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge. Participants gain exposure to core business operations by working on vital audit projects and comprehensive business process analysis within the Industrial, Commercial and Corporate Staffs organizations. Managed by the NAFTA Corporate Audit Team, participants will work on a variety of cross functional project teams who manage all aspects of the business audit activity. Through this unique experience, participants gain valuable insight into business operations and naturally build leadership skills. Complementing the consulting and project experience, participants will also take part in leadership development training to strengthen their ability to lead change and lead others.
