Coping with COVID

"Coping with COVID" is a group in which participants can share their experiences and impressions of managing the COVID-19 pandemic and process through their emotions.
The Coping with COVID group is designed for people to find support, feel connected, and share coping strategies as they navigate a new way of living.
Group is held on Mondays, beginning September 28, from 2:30-3:30pm

All CAPS groups will be held online in Fall semester using Microsoft Teams.
