Below you will find the shopping list for this event, we hope you can join us!
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs 🐓
2 cups basmati rice
Whole white button mushrooms 🍄
1-2 Bell peppers
1 onion 🧅
3 garlic cloves 🧄
2-3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 lemon 🍋
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, chili powder
Optional seasonings: curry, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, lemon pepper, tomato paste, you can also add any seasoning of choice!
