Wind down your day with a 30-minute, minimal movement yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation by exploring stages of consciousness using body scan and breath awareness. This activity will be facilitated by Angela Zanardelli Sickler, Associate Director, Study Skills Academy.
