Meditation Practices for Promoting Better Sleep
This event is in the past.
Join Randie Kruman for two Koru Meditation techniques. Belly breathing, used to calm yourself and quiet your mind to help with sleep and Dynamic Breathing. This second practice is what we refer to as an active practice. It's relevance to sleep is that rather than using caffeine as a way to stay up to get work done (which impacts one's ability to get to sleep later), dynamic breathing is a practice that gives you the energy to finish your studies and still get a good night's sleep.
This meditation is also an opportunity to check in with your practice from Monday's meditation with Randie and and process information learned during sleep week.
