This seminar, Authorship Disputes: An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure! will take place on Thursday, April 1st, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm as a Zoom virtual presentation.

In theory, authorship sounds straightforward, but in practice it often causes headaches. This seminar will focus on three topics:

  1. What rules govern authorship?
  2. What should authors do to prevent authorship disputes among co-authors, collaborators, and trainees?
  3. How are authorship grievances handled at Wayne State? Please join us for an informative and fascinating discussion.

Note: You are encouraged to submit specific questions you would like addressed prior to the seminar. To do so, please email them to mserowik@wayne.edu.
