  • Identify the importance of career conversations for employees, leaders and teams, as well as the University 
  • Share ways to increase leader confidence in supporting staff member career goals  
  • Provide tools to help you prepare for your next career conversation
  • Consider the impact of asking great questions and prepare for our next career conversation

 

Guest Speakers include Carolyn Hafner, AVP HR and Chief HR Officer and Marquita Chamblee, Chief Diversity Officer. Additional facilitators include Shawn Pewitt, Interim Director, Career Services and Sherry Pruitt, HR Consultant.
