The major focus of research in the College of Nursing is urban health. These seminars present new ideas, methodologies and/or potential collaborators for faculty and students. Each session is led by a guest speaker for 45 minutes with another 15 minutes for discussion and Q&A. No fees are required and seminars are open to all.

The guest speaker for October 18th is Dolores Albarracin, Professor of Psychology, Business, and Medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her topic will be: Using Big Social Media Data to Understand and Address Public Health Problems.
